My return ID raised with jabong is 42247540, I told them multiple times that courier never attempted pickup of the product, still they kept on calling & harassing me like lunatics instead of arranging the due pickup as per process, on the phone also I told them that reverse pickup wasn’t even attempted in the first place & that it’s the fault of their courier for giving out a wrong update, their courier guy is illiterate & a dangerous person who has not been trained properly. I also sent them attached product images still no reverse pickup initiated after so much time waste & harassment.
