Text of Complaint by Rashmi Goel:

I have asked for the settlement of my credit card bill from Rbl. The agent named Harsh has done that. I alread made few emi’s. But a small amount has been left to make. I asked them for some time as due to covid mu business has been shut down. My savings has ended up in medical expenses. I made a last emi in August. Then there I some Ashok came who used to call me 60 times a day. I asked him to pay the amount immediately. I also shared my account details to prove I don’t have the amount but he still call me and send me in appropriate messages. Then a field agent reached at my old address although I ask N no. Of times to update my address but they never do that. Today there is a lady Ms. Shweta who claimed to call from RBL bank, Okhla and worked there as a supervisor was misbehaving with me on call and using inappropriate words. She was blaimming me that I don’t have any intention to pay to the bank when I ask her to ask his agent to collect the PDC then she denied. She don’t want any payment via cheque. She kept using abusive language and doesnt want to understand that I am actually facing an issue. A week’s time is not much to make the final payment of 15700. I already made the earlier payment of more than 50,000 and also the earlier emi’s. I hope you will take some appropriate action. You already loose a customer and many more losses are coming. When a client is regularly making payment and won’t able to do that because of covid crisis. One should understand.
