I, Nilanjan Paul, had placed a booking with Oyo, booking ID I4XR6721. Initially, I was allocated a room at Hotel Collection O 12684 Compact Green View. Upon reaching the hotel, I was denied a room by Oyo, despite the manager of the hotel stating that the room was available. I was then allocated a room at Hotel Gangothri, Koramangala. Upon reaching Gangothri, I was told Oyo had not submitted any payment against my booking, despite my room being paid for in full, in advance, amounting to Rs. 2271/-. During this entire process, I was being constantly diverted from one phone number to the other by Oyo Customer Care, who refused to offer any help. The number called was: 9313931393. The entire ordeal lasted more than three hours, at the end of which I received a room at the hotel manager’s request. Oyo is harassing and scamming customers constantly, and this is not the first time this has happened.
