I travel from Ghaziabad to IGI Terminal 2 on 9 Jul’22 and I choose payment on cash. When I started the Journey, the fare displayed as Rs 797 and when my journey finishes off, the fare shown was Rs 897 and I paid Rs 900 to driver. After 2 weeks time, I got a message from Ola for paying Rs 897 as payment to Ola Postpaid. I contact Customer care numerous times but I don’t receive any response. Then on 27 Jul’22, I made another ride in Mumbai which costs to me Rs 324 for which I made online payment and got a message from Ola also that payment of Rs 324 is successful. Then after 2 days Ola asked me to pay Rs 1221 (897+324). I again contacted Customer care for which I don’t have receive any response. To be noted here that Rs 897 was paid by me in cash and Rs 324 online.
Now Ola is making continuous calls to me for paying Rs 1321 (1221 + 100 as late fee charge).
