Text of Complaint by Puneet Pahuja:

I booked an online ticket via Paytm for Nuego that was scheduled to arrive at 10:45 pm on 7th may (ticket snapshot attached for reference).

I waited for 2 long hours on the stop and tried calling the bus operator at the number provided by them where i found out the phone was off and tracking wasn’t available as per the tracking link available.

Not responding and letting the customer know about the status when they are waiting for more than 2 hrs at late night was nothing less than harassing the customers by Nuego
