Dear sir,
I have been harassed continuously by flipkart team while trying to return a wrong and defective product, today I received call at 12 in night even though I had not requested for the same.I am an old customer of flipkart who has been facing issue with service of flipkart.many products are not delivered in right condition and even return is not accepted if there are multiple issues.they are asking id proof and my consent to share the details with third party for a kitchen rack return which have multiple issues. Now they started harassing calling at night 12 , hope you can understand what extenct it is causing an issue.I never heard any customer care executive calling at night 12 .
