Purchased a TV through Amazon Sale on 3rd October and get it delivered on 4th. As part of the ordering process the Amazon Site gives you option for selecting Date and time of Installation. I had selected installation to be done on 5th Oct between 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm. I got an email from From: Amazon Home Services | Date: Fri, 4 Oct, 2019, 1:34 PM
Subject: Reminder of upcoming appointment: TV Installation Service – TCL.
Next email I Got from Amazon Home Services Date: Fri, 4 Oct, 2019, 9:22 PM
Subject: Service Expert Assigned: TV Installation Service – TCL Named MUMMd. I called up this engineer on 5th Oct for installation , he informed me that he is not aware of this and asked me to call back to Amazon. I called back amazon at around 2.30 pm…the Custome exec forwarded me same mail and told me installation will happen on 6th Sunday. no body came. on consistent followup Customer Executive named Vishal told me I have to re-schedule the installation else it will get auto cancelled. I was forced to select next slot which was available on  Wednesday 5th October. I promptly received email From: Amazon Home Services <homeservices@amazon.com> Date: Tue, 8 Oct, 2019, 9:41 PM
Subject: Service Expert Assigned: TV Installation Service – TCL that engineer named MUM will be coming for installation.. I called up this engineer on 9th Oct for installation , he informed me that he is not aware of this and asked me to call back to Amazon. Raised the concern on Twitter. Got a call from Amazon team that some engineer will come to do installation before 6.00 pm on 9th October. And the status on System is Service delivered. Installation Done, whereas no body came no body came to do installation….I called up the Customer support desk again today morning 10th Oct and now i have been told that my installation will happen by 12th October…Looking for resolution. ASAP
