I has placed and order with Zomato. (Order no. 1148634528) Firstly they deliver the wrong order. They ask the rider to go back and exchange the order. I asked them to refund my money and give me full credit back. But they only refund 50% plus they cancelled my order. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Then they lie to me about the rider not answering their call, and hence the order being cancelled. I want to sue Zomato in court.
