I purchased Rs.5000 voucher and was assured Rs.5050 cashback but i didn’t recieve any cashback even after applying the voucher code.
I raised two tickets with paytm care but paytm customer representative is closing the ticket (No. 91578368) without resolving the issue.
When I call paytm care, They say call Paytm Mall. I cannot assist you or give number of any grievance officer.
when I Call paytm mall, IVR says “No order placed” and call is auto-disconnected.
There is no escalation matrix in paytm nor any dedicated officer to handle customer issues.
Paytm lure the customers by offering heavy cashback and then cheats them as explained above
