I have placed an order for s23 on feb23rd which got cancelled by the seller on 26th feb. Since the order was on debit card emi basis, I am still required to pay emi processing charges to the bank. I was then given a time frame of 10 days to buy the same product in which I’ll be given a Rs 2000 coupon. But when I tried buying the product, my transaction was grtting declined by the bank as my emi offer on my card stood rejected due to the first cancellation of my order by seller. I had to issue a new card as told by my bank to get an emi offer. I have informed and asked a customer executive about this who assured me I will still get a coupon only if I place an order of same phone eveb after 10days time limit. So, when I received a new card from the bank and placed order, I am now being told that I will receive any kind of coupon. What’s my fault in this and why should I be paying processing charges to my bank for the cancelled order with no fault of mine?? I’ve been calling for assistance numerous times from past few days but nobody has paid any heed to my complaints.
