Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the refund process for a flight booking I made through your website, Happyfare.in. I believe I have been treated unfairly and encountered numerous issues that have left me dissatisfied with your services.

I purchased a ticket for a flight via Happyfare.in, expecting a seamless and reliable experience. However, circumstances changed, and the airline canceled the flight. As per the terms and conditions outlined by the airline, I am entitled to a full refund of the amount I paid while making the reservation, which amounts to 8176.72 INR.

To my surprise, when I contacted your customer support team regarding the refund, I was informed that only 7177.00 INR would be refunded to me. This discrepancy raises concerns about the transparency and reliability of your pricing structure and refund policy.

I would like to draw your attention to the breakdown of charges provided by your website for the booking in question:

– Base Fare: 7272.00 INR
– Taxes: 72.72 INR
– Transaction Fee: 882.00 INR
– Promo Discount: 50.00 INR
– Gross Fare: 8176.72 INR

Your customer support representatives simply mentioned that the deducted amount was a “nominal fee” for using your platform, without providing any further explanation or justification for this deduction. This response is highly unsatisfactory and does not address my concerns adequately.

It is essential for customers to have confidence in the services they engage with, especially when it involves financial transactions. By failing to provide a clear price breakdown and adequate reasoning for the deductions from my refund, Happyfare.in has left me feeling deceived and scammed.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a detailed explanation for the deducted amount of 999.72 INR, along with a revised refund reflecting the correct calculations in accordance with the airline’s cancellation policy.

Furthermore, I urge you to reevaluate your refund policy and ensure that it aligns with industry standards, fostering transparency and trust between Happyfare.in and its customers. It is crucial that customers are provided with accurate information and receive refunds promptly and in their entirety.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter within 2 days. Should no appropriate action be taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant consumer rights organizations and share my negative experience on various online platforms, warning others about the potential risks associated with using Happyfare.in.
