Order id – 683857122521468081,date of journey 28/04/2020 SURESH BHANDARI, vistara airline BOM-MAA, due to corona the flight was cancelled & refund for the same has been initiated by the airline to HEG,dated 06/01/2021, but still I have not received refund, I have contacted HEG customer care also , but everytime they are asking for 10-15days , now there is no reply from HEG. This is really disgusting that there is not higher authority/appellate , where I can contact for this issue, Should i share my reviews on all social platforms for getting my refund ?
