In the month of Jan’18 I had changed by Vodafone plan because of less usage that plan had unlimited calls and 5GB data (249+GST) and in the month of May’18 all of sudden I started getting alert messages from Vodafone about the Excess data usage when I called Vodafone customer care I got no help & support as my bill amount was 901/-lump sum, then unfortunately I had to put Port message to 1900 and then I got a call from Retention department of Vodafone , he retained me on the basis of giving the same plan 249+GST but in this plan I was given unlimited call and 20GB data and the high amount from bill was waived off and I had to pay only 333/- (bill of May) which is the regular range of my bill.
When I saw high bill was also raised in the month of June I asked whether this will be waived off or not he said the high amount will be waived off from your bill and you get the minimum range of our regular bill amount and on that basis i was retained to Vodafone, and now when I am asking for waive off none of the employee of Vodafone is giving me any help or support plus the complaint was registered but no action was took.
Request you to please look into the matter and waive off the high amount .
