I have received hair in my food. Instantly reported to Zomato and asked to refund my money back in Paytm (I used Paytm to pay) but no action has been taken. Zomato asked me to take coupon of the same amount in zomato wallet, I refused to accept as I may not order from Zomato again. My order id is : 1548890879.
