Hello swiggy i and my friend is very loyal customer to the swiggy.
and i ordered from oye kiddan sopan nagar Wadgaon Sheri branch, here is my order id #146688779586
first of all my order was accepted by the restaurant and more than hour my order was being prepared. i called restaurant more than 2-3 times then i called delivery partner both was not responding to the call then after my order was cancelled GURNIT DUGGAL was picked up the call and says he is doing favour to picked up the call and uses abusing words about my family and threatened to me and my family like he is gonna come to my address and he is gonna abuse my mother and sister, massaging me on other number of whatsapp and saying take my license number and do whatever you want and i will come to your office. i have all the recording of the call but i don’t want to upload it on that email. this order was placed by female person luckily GURNIT DUGGAL was not picked up the all calls of her and he called me again and use abusing words about my family AGAIN i’m gonna do the legal action against him and that restaurant but I’m not expecting that from swiggy services please swiggy take action against him and that restaurant and I’m gonna add Mr Sumesh Rahavendra & Mr Vivek Sunder in cc for everything
he abused from this number 7020427193
swiggy i hope you will take some serious action against this people
