I am a loyal customer of GTPL since 2013, but on a serious note, I AM DONE this time. My internet connection is not working for the last 4 days. I will have to open tickets multiple times and each time it gets closed on its own without OTP and without any kind of resolution.
Why the tickets are getting closed without any action performed ? I have attached several screenshots for your reference. Please provide a resolution ASAP as all the work got affected due to that.
I did payment for the whole year but I will not going to hesitate further to change the service provider. This is not a service that customers expect. There are lot many customers who are facing the same issues. If support tickets get closed automatically without any action then what customer is supposed to do?

This is one advisory to all the customers who are interested in internet service from GTPL.
PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH GTPL, THEY WILL PROMISE A LOT WHILE TAKING THE PAYMENT BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE ANY OF YOUR PROBLEMS.
You will be helpless for sure as the support team will escalate the ticket and the technical team will close it without any proper resolution. Ultimately, you guys have to suffer and the last option will be to opt for a different service provider
