Text of Complaint by Gowtam Kadam:

Need help on grievance escalation email against Mc Donald, Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India branch with my actual value refund + compensation / penalty to be paid with an apology to customer in writing for 1) Making customer wait for more than half hour for service 2) Denial of service after the long wait hour 3) Non presentment of bill for order placed and denial of service again 4) Not responding to customer when reasons seeked 4) Making customer talk to more than 4 executives who could not provide simple service placed 5) Manager who i understand to be trained to such situation who was sufficiently rude to mention to go and complaint to whoever required 6) Denial of refund of the amount spent against the order without bill generation.

As proof, am attaching transaction time and amount, and photo of manager at site who is required to be taken to court to misbehaviour and rude language. CCTV footages can be verified at branch dated : 23rd Oct’23 between 8:43PM to 9:11PM.
