I Md Faiz Ahmad is a customer of oppo from a very long time. My device is oppo Reno 5 pro 5g (premium smartphone from oppo) I’ve recently updated my phone’s software update sent by you and a green line appears from nowhere. This kind of careless update given to customers or Silly tactics to force customer to buy another phone is really sick. A person buy your costly smartphone because he wants to use it for a very long time. If he’s not using it then he’ll give it to other person at home like their parents. But you are forcing people to buy another smartphone by deliberately giving green pink line on smartphones of the customers. You made this smartphone garbage by your buggy update. Seriously if this kind of service experience is given by oppo then who will by this buggy software that damages the phones hardware?….
Kindly repair my display free of charge or refund me a full amount of my smartphone as soon as possible and assure to your customers that this kind of stupid updates will never come in future. I Shall be highly obliged.
