Wrong product delivered by Gravio under Ref No.7136756873YSI Dtd.27-Aug-2023 with EKART Ref No.OIPC0007328651 delivered on 2-Sep-2023 by collecting Rs.499/- by assuring product name : LED Bright Rechargeable Torch (Assorted Color) SKU : OSD_1325-3W LED Torch. order Ref No.Gravio9132299 as enclosed pasted on shipment cover invoice copy. The product delivered is not worth of Rs.499/- & its not an rechargeable torch. its normal torch worth of Rs.50/- Kindly give justics of this cheating business done by Gravio, also avoid cheating with other common public & persons.
