I order a puple glitter phone case from phonescape website which was advertised by Instagram and there was no cancle order option so I couldn’t cancel it. A guy from bluedart company came and delivered an item and said that they won’t take it back if opened. Wrong item wrong model and fully different item from what was shown on the website. No track of the company and they did not reply to my emails yet. Cod ₹239 and now there is no return and refund option. Lost my ₹239 money and got scammed. Please look through this issue.
