Text of Complaint by Ravindra Kumar:

I have bought a gift card from amazon on 26 may 2021.It did not work on docs app.

As it was a medical condition they told me it will get resolve by 27 may, but did not get resolve. I called them again the they told me it will take 3 business days to resolve the issue,it did not get resolve then also.Now they are saying to call docsapp and docsapp saying to call to amazon.They are saying sir you can file a case.It was a medical issue then also they made me to wait for 7 days,with so may calls nearly 10 hours.I have screenshot of everything.
