Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar:

I have purchased a Laptop of Infinix INbook X1 of amount rs 28490/- from Flipkart and got deliver on 21st of July 2022. When i check the laptop, the laptop was defective. It came with dead battery as the laptop become on when it plug to charging and instnatly switch off when it unplugged to charge. I raise the refund request on the very same day i.e. 21st of July 2022. The flipkart provide me the date of Techinician visit of 30th July and today 30th july gone but no technician came for visit. I have also not getting any communication regarding this. Flipkart is unusally harassing customer by delivering defective product to the customer and also not dealing with customer problem on time. I had made payment through my credit card and i will have to pay my bill on time.
