I ordered a Samsung J6plus mobile from flipkart. They sent me a fully sealed package that had a damaged xolo phone in samsung J6plus box. I mentioned the same and asked for replacement which they denied. Their comments were-the seller has denied and courier confirmed that a sealed pack was delivered. when challenged they mailed asking for id proof and address with contact details. i paid 13600 via COD for this product. Their return process is valid till Dec 23rd as per their website. I either want a replacement of an original J6Plus or the amount refunded.
