I got damaged product from Flipkart with order I’d: OD328539770058312100 but after delivered the product they don’t allow to return. They gave thousands of excuses, different executives (customer care service) tells different excuses.some of them tell us that issue will be resolved and some of them directly said sorry.I got fully irritated ,10 times a day I called to them but sometimes they didn’t revert me back.
They disable my damage/broken reason from the option during return. When I opt different reasons they deny to accept and disable also from dilevery boy I’d so he can’t take product back.
Even delivery boy also noticed that product is damaged but he forced us to take this product and return it later
