I purchased an Amit T rex pro and the product got delivered on 4th dec.The delivered product was damaged (The touch screen is not working when I tap the screen) and I was asked to return the product.Its 21st December and I haven’t received a new product or refund .When I enquired them about it they said the product is out of stock and they have no idea when the product will get restocked.I asked them for refund and they haven’t responded to my mail.The toll free number they provided is switched off .

The send back the damaged product that I returned to them .
