Text of Complaint by Nipun Bansal:

I had ordered the REdmi 9 Power phone and had prepaid it vide order no. ORDER # 404-9568754-2969141on 26-07-2021 to be delivered at the below address : Nitin Agarwal
B-51/52A, Shiv Vihar, Chander Vihar, NILOTHI, NEW DELHI, DELHI, 110041. (lot of deliveries have take place earlier on this address)

The packet never reached the destination, and i got a message of rejected by receiver (which was little strange to me). I called up customer care immediately and told them that i need the phone and there is always someone at home to receive. They checked and found an issue at delivery desk and promised to re-attempt the delivery. I got a call from delivery team to reconfirm the address , which was correctly mentioned on the packet and he promised to deliver one day later . Again i get a message after 2 days that packet could not be delivered and is returned to the seller.

I went on the site to check for the reasons of return out of 5 reasons stated there last 4 were not applicable and I could not comment on the reason “The package is damaged in transit.”

Tell where is the fault of the customer, the money can get refunded, that’s fine, but now the product is out of stock and is next available on 7th Sept 2021 and am sure the discounts will also not be available on the product.

I still need the product hence how do i order now …..i paid for it and waited for delivery and for no fault of mine we are devoid of the services rendered by the logistics’ team of Amazon.

This was a gift for my parents who reside at that address.

i have gone thru mental agony over last 3-4 days because of the the above topic, following with customer care or logistics team for no advantage accruing to me , only to be left dejected and disappointed

I need to be adequately compensated for this agony which i have gone thru for lack of service by amazon team. On top the amazon team has removed the logistics trail of the transaction from the app so that it cannot be traced….
