Hi,
I ordered a Bridgestone tyre from gomechanic app on 4th jan 2023. Order id – GMDRI719929 Payment Id – pay_L07AOyTn0w5H7k
Method – UPI
I asked them multiple times on chat and on 16th jan 2023 my order is forced cancelled. I applied 500rs cashback on the order so I requested them to refund cashback as well.
But later on repeated emails tweets chats calls I still didn’t receive my paid amount refund.
Now its almost 9 months. They have closed the app and it is difficult to get the amount from them now.
