I have ordered some of the products form Go mechanic website for my car swift dzire 24feb 2023 on wards, Go mechanic application shows order confirmed but delivered as per delivery time mentined in order,
After that i have called customer care fir order related queries they told me that my order will delivered by last of march , But till now not delivered ,
after that i have cancelled my order and told them to make refund for my order , customer care support assistance told me date and time of march after that again i called them same process is goint for 2 months march , april and now they were giving may for my refund.
Go mechanic not providing any solution
