I have contacted glaymo in October 2022 for my dental treatment . On October 13 dr.Apekhsha from glaymo came to my home took my teeth scanning and promised to give my treatment and on October 13 2022 I have paid them 5000/_ later they have not started any treatment I was continsly chasing them but they are delaying the process . In January the have sent me a sample and 1st set of alligners I have asked them to send remaining sets so glaymo has told to pay the remaining amount and set my monthly emi of 2777.8 via axio email: ask@axio.co.in and they have been continuously deducting my EMI since March 2023 on 5th of every month . Till now I have paid 6 months emi but glaymo have not started my treatment yet . Glaymo is not responding to my emails and calls . I have requested Axio finance company to stop my payments and refund my money but they are denying for refund and to stop Emi.
I have stopped the payments from this month September but
They are sending remainders for the payment . I have clearly informed them I ll pay the remining amount when they start the treatment. But the are making me stress by sending reminders I cannot pay until I get treatment . I have paid more than 21666/_ Rs to glaymo please help me to recover my money and stop the reminders from axio .
