I have taken an online form filling job from Martin Enterprise. The agreement was to achieve 90% accuracy out of 1400 forms, so the cut off forms were 1290. I have submitted the forms by re verifying every form twice with zero errors and the company sends me a mail saying an FIR has been filed against me for not submitting the work. I ignored the mail and after a couple of hours when I logged into the form filling website, it said QC under progress. Two days later I receive a mail of QC report saying there are more than 110 forms with errors. I have attached below a PDF of how they are showing wrong errors and asking us to pay.

This is from the consumer complaint government site, we are here to tell you that ,we have talked to the company and they said that you will not receive any call or message/mail from their side and by chance if you receive anything, then you can provide company’s contact number to me , we will call to them and talk with them behalf of you also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer complaint site only then, company will stop calling and mailing you , And we did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company is going to cancel your every document (Case/Agreement) you have to just open your complaint link and resolve your complaint as soon as possible , if you have any query regarding the complaint then you can call or mail us, and if complaint was not resolved by your side then it’s completely your responsibility ,so if you want to close this matter with company resolve your complaint immediately.

    The above message is sent to me on my mail from consumerhelpline11@gmail.com. So I would like to mark it as resolved as I do not want any more calls or texts from the company.
