I ordered veg biriyani from green chillys Bhubaneswar and the delivery partner didn’t deliver yet it was showing delivered on the app. When I went to Help desk from the app they managed to make me contact with the delivery guy and the guy told that he has left the food at the doorstep.
When I got and tasted the food it was stale and not edible their agent called me but even after updating the app is not working properly
Where I can not comment
Hence I need refund
