I had purchased Amazon gift card last year on 29th Apr 2020 for 1000 rs. I redeemed it on last day which was 29th April 2021 and 1000 rs was added in my Amazon Pay balance. Same day an amount was deducted by Amazon saying that this gift card is expired, though it was last day. I contacted Amazon customer service and Ashish told me over the chat that they will issue new gift card for 1000 rs by 7th May; however, I did not receive any gift card yet. I contacted them again and now and they are saying they can’t issue new gift card now. I have screenshot where I was told I will get new gift card. Attaching the same below.
