Text of Complaint by Diksha Srivastava:

I have ordered the lehenga but got the old saree so I return it the XPRESSBEES the delivery boy picked up my order and at night I got message the quality check fail due to different products so I contact meesho now they are saying courier company saying that customer did not given the product . It is totally fraud I have created the video of opening product then also they are saying not refund my money

  2. * You guys are not refund my money by saying that I have not complained within 48 hrs as product is garbage category but i have done return on same day specifying the wrong product and in app it is not written that in place of wrong product we need to do complaint within 48 hrs . But in that case also I have raised the complaint within 24 hrs then also you are trying that you will not need to give refund
