Dear Sir/Madam,

I ported out from Vodafone due to network issue. But still getting balance regarding VIRUS containing messages from Vodafone, after getting message each time my mobile get restarted continuously. I had made several E-mail communication to Vodafone regarding this issue but they only provided me different Service Request No. (This are some 2026636744, 2025905991, 2025960013, 2026040348, 2026209554, 2026564964 ) without providing any solution. I have attached today’s one of messages sceenshot.
