My postpaid Airtel sim stopped getting signals with “No SERVICE” status from 24th March. Hence i am completely restricted to make/receive Calls or Messages.
I have tried multiple time to reach to the customer care through 121, but couldn’t connect to Airtel representative.
Also i have logged complaints through AirtelThanks app (No. 31-2894050844359 and No. 31-2894061244758) but didn’t get any response from Airtel side.
I know we all are dealing with a global crisis now and i understand the delay in response, but its too difficult to manage in this situation without a mobile network.
