Dear sir/mam,
I am not able to pay my Bill of 8130809860 during this lockdown and the extra charges is added to my bill which was not clarified and because of this airtel stops my outgoing services after 2 days and the internet service is completely turned off. During this lockdown all airtel stores are completely shut down.
