I’ve booked a ola outstation to Delhi airport. My husband paid full amount to the driver. However, ola thinks its ola postpaid and I have to pay the amount. I’ve raised like 6-7 tickets, call their customer care multiple times, sent 5-6 mails, twitted the issue to olasupport handle as well but of no use. I’ve shared all the proofs as well, but they are least bother to resolve the issue. And increasing the amount by 100 rupees every other week. I’m getting endless calls and harassing messages the from ola saying they would visit my place, file a complaint against me. On calls they speak very rudely and calling continuously. This is leading to mental harassment as well, my every morning starts with ola messages and calls!! Please do something about this.
