On the dates between 19-21st Jan 2021 I was trying to place an order in MaitriSaree website. After placing the order there was no conformation ,so I decided not to order it anymore and chose another website . After a day I received a call from them about the order and I denied saying I don’t want to order it anymore. But on 25th Jan 2021 I received an COD thinking it was something else I paid and took it but it turned out to be from MaitiriSaree and a product I did not want to have . If it was a product I ordered it would have been ok but I received a product that was never placed . The invoice had the product I intend to have but it was not there. Since then none of the details in the website are working I tried contacting them it says switch off , mailing them it says wrong mail id.
