Hello sir/mam,

Maine getsby.in se (jbl bluetooth speaker nd mini airbuds) ordar kiya tha, jo ki 1799 rs ka tha but jab muje ordar mila to usme sirf bluetooth speaker the duplicate marka k sath jis par koi jbl branded sign nhi tha jo maine show peice me dekha tha, or na hi uss delivery me earpods bhi nhi the ,maine sath hi e-com (delivery company) manager ko call bhi kiya nd unohne btaya complaint k liye maine getsby.in ko mail bhi kiye(support@getsby.in) pe but koi reply nhi aaya ,

So i humbled request ki muje mera pura samaan mile jo maine ordar kiya na ki duplicate nd maine pura pay kiya uske liye muje samman bhi pura hi chaiye
