I took 3+1 plan on November 2022 and paid 1945/-. After that on December 17th my account was suspended and after 5 days it was disconnected as bill due of Rs 380/- after I raised request and they waiver the amount and again activated my account after 3-4 days…. I get internet for 2 days and again net was not coming I placed a request but it was not resolved… I hesitated with the services and requested to unsubscribe and refund the money…. But they sent a message that 430/- would be refunded to my card. And requested to submit my router… They didn’t deliver any router to me and the router i was using is purchased by me… It was worth 1000/- they are not answering and again billing me for 1200/-.. So much cheating and fraudulent services by ActFiber…
