Text of Complaint by SAM MITHRAN:

Given the watch for replacement by June 2022 back but still no update, service centre also not reachable. They are asking me to contact you. Back when I gave the watch through the sservice centre they were listed as authorized service centre on fir bolt website but now removed. It is more than 6 months and I have not got my product. Would be proceeding to file legal lawsuit as I am entitled to if I do not get my replacement unit.
