I have ordered Cargos worth Rs. 1399/- under buy 1 get 1 scheme from the baopoint.in (Ad shown in instagram) and made payment through payu on 8th October, 2022 till date I have received no product and there is no response from the site owner regarding the delivery of product. The payment receipt received from the Payu shows the payment made in the name of M/s. Root Accessories OPC Private Limited. Please take immediate steps against the said company and made them to refund my money.
