I have placed on AJIO app (Order ID : EX0023754144). The order which I have received is defective. I have received a defective product from AJIO. Stain marks were observed on the sleeve of garment. I have raised a return request. But the boy who came for pick up denied to take the product.
Image attached for your reference. I have raised compliant on Email. But, no one has come to pick up the item even after 15 days of request.
AJIO has failed to provide reliable products and customer satisfaction.
Till date no response from AJIO. No one came to pick up the item and I am receiving false calls from AJIO regarding unsuccessful attempts for pickup.
AJIO is a cheater.
