I have ordered dress materials for Rs.7779. In one pack, they mentioned 4 items inside, when I opened garbage bag was inside. Another pack, they mentioned three products inside, there also garbage bag inside. So many times, I have contacted the Meesho customer service, they didn’t give any response. The courier partner also didn’t pick the parcel. Another parcel they mentioned 5 products inside, due to this issue, I didn’t open the parcel and returned it. They mentioned only one product picked up. So, I didn’t get the refund for that four products. Another three products, they didn’t deliver but in the meesho app, it shows, item was delivered. Totally, I lost Rs.7779. So many times, I have contacted customer support, they are also cheated me, Daily, I was spending lots of time to call meesho customer service, finally they blocked me. I couldn’t able to reach them. Kindly help me to get the refund.
