i had been playing games on flipkart since a month and half and won certain rewards which i was due to receive mid october but as the date came i am seeing that the account has been disabled by the seller. i have tried and contacted the customer support team but they cannot provide me with any satisfactory answer.
i acknowledge that flipkart or its sellers reserves right to disqualify any customer but i need to know the exact reason as to why i have been disqualified.
at the time of receiving gift they are not providing satisfactory proof and without providing data and proof have just disabled the game zone.
i would wish that they provide with every reward that i had won as i have not violated any terms and conditions on my behalf. there are 69 rewards that are due to me from various games and i can upload every winning screenshot of it.
please help as soon as possible
