On 27th of June I purchased a Sony True Wireless Bluetooth earphone from the website gadgetvillas.com . On 5th June I have received a package from gadgetvillas.com which should have the Sony TWS inside the package itself. When I opened the package then I received something else in it which did not match with the product description which I purchased. It doesn’t look same as well. As per the return policy the product has to be send by 3 days from the receiving so very next day I sent the package by DTDC courier services as described at the package and website. At their end nobody has received the package as return policy and the package has been sent back to me.
I would like to have my product which is Sony TWS and want to return the fake product. Or I would like to have my money back. Gadget VIllas is defrauding scamming cheating on people and the service need to be stopped as early as possible.
