My name is Davender kumar and my concern with ticket ID is 15316697 and order ID is Order ID: 792815395.
I have been facing issues with my orders for quite some time now. Despite filing a complaint on every single occasion, Zomato offers no resolution whatsoever and simply chooses to ignore the matter. Just this morning, I ordered half a kilogram of paneer along with one sponge rasgulla. However, I received only the paneer. When I inquired with the delivery boy, he stated that the ‘Bansi Wale’ restaurant had handed him only the paneer and not the rasgulla. When I lodged a complaint with Zomato regarding this incident, they once again failed to address the issue or provide any assistance. This is my hard-earned money, and Zomato seems intent on squandering it without any justification. On a previous occasion as well, I received a significantly reduced quantity of Biryani; Zomato failed to provide a resolution for that incident either. I earnestly request that you refund the money equivalent to the financial loss I have incurred.
