I have purchased future pay card with the credit of 10000K and shop once’s, however after few days Bigbazar closed and tried to reach bigbazar by mail and contact numbers provided by Big bazar employee Lucknow,
However despite follow-ups no action taken , even mail response is not there and numbers are showing invalid. Which is causing mental trauma to me .
Needed the money refunded and want to file harassment and fraud case against the company future pay/ Reliance who owns now the big bazar.
