I’ve sold my elgold on paytm worth Rs. 1200 and instructed them to transfer my fund to my bank account but they transferred it to some another’s bank account. After submitting the complaint they accepted that they transferred fund to wrong account and requested me for correct bank details. After around one month now they raised their hand saying bank refused to refund the wrong transaction. This is ridiculous.
