I had booked my flight ticket through paytm app. It was cancelled by go air due to covid situation.
Go air team mentioned they refunded fare charges to the agent (paytm) however I have not received the refund.
It’s been more that 6months now. The refund amount should be 3,816 and I have only received 466.
I also have refunded amount statement from go air they have refunded all amount except insurance to the paytm.
Paytm is not responding to my query through email or call.
Feeling Helpless !!
